Thinking of the Future

Thinking and planning for the next couple of years — that is on my mind a lot these days.  This takes many different directions. In some cases, it’s to do with personal life, relationships, people and family.  Will I ever get what I want??? A lot of thoughts have to do with planning and organizing so that things are in place for the future.
Take today for example. I was thinking of laundry I pay $4 to do a load (wash and dry).  If I assume that I do at least 1 load a week, 52 weeks/year that’s $208/year. Most weeks, I’m doing more like 2 or 3. 2 loads/week/year would equal $416 and lately, with working out as often as I am 3 loads is far more common: $624.  Even one load/week is a lot of money in one year.  People with in suite laundry do not spend even $208/year in energy costs for a laundry system.  In 2 or 3 years, even considering the increase in energy, I think I could probably pay for in suite laundry. I think that would save a lot of time, stress and money when the next steps come into play. Depending on the cost of the system, of course.  Regardless, I’d say it’s worth doing some serious research.  Because I could use the chance to cut the costs where I can, especially in the upcoming months.
