Why not???
Here’s the official bit:
Once you’ve been tagged, you are supposed to write a note with 25 random things, facts, habits, or goals about you. At the end, choose 25 people to be tagged. You have to tag the person who tagged you. If I tagged you, it’s because I want to know more about you.
(To do this, go to “notes” under tabs on your profile page, paste these instructions in the body of the note, type your 25 random things, tag 25 people (in the right hand corner of the app) then click publish.)

1.    The first instrument I learned how to play was the violin. I was three. I don’t know how to play it now.
2.    I love beautiful bouquets of flowers, but have never received them as a gift from anyone other than my mom.
3.    I love dark chocolate and regularly receive that as a gift…
4.    I may not always be the neatest person in the world, but I am very very organized and always know where everything is in a seemingly random pile.
5.    My pots and pan cupboard is meticulously organized.  I joke that this is a rebellion against my family – whose pots and pan cupboards are not organized.
6.    I took organ lessons for about 10 years.
7.    The first style of dance I took was Jazz dancing – we did a performance to “Bibbity Bobbity Boo” (sp?). I was pretty young, I don’t know how old.
8.    This year’s Vancouver Sun Run will be my 6th in a row.
9.    I ran the Vancouver International Marathon last year – and loved it!
10.    I’ve run 6 half marathons, including one in Barbados.
11.    I love cooking – but only for others. For myself, I merely tolerate it. I can cook well, though.
12.    Unless I have a particular event or party to bake for, it’s quite likely that I’m baking for distraction and stress relief. I love baking.
13.    I make fantastic pies.
14.    I am a huge Harry Potter fan and almost skipped an epic Blues Underground road trip to get the last book (as it is, I went and got the book on the road trip).
15.    My cat was adopted from a llama farm. She doesn’t know what mice are but knows how to hunt birds.
16.    I’m published. Two papers – one from my BSc and one from my MSc.  But I didn’t actually write either of them.
17.    I used to be into photography, and would spend hours and hours in the darkroom. I miss the hobby sometimes, but haven’t been done it in a while.
18.    I detest dried fruit – of all kinds. Blech. Except dried cranberries.
19.    I love leather jackets. Perhaps more than I love shoes. Actually, easily more than I love shoes…
20.    I love knitting but have never knit anything for myself (that’s going to change, soon, though).
21.    I had major surgery, when I was about 3 years old.
22.    I have always called Vancouver and the Lower Mainland ‘Home’, though I’ve lived for several months at a time (at different times in my life) in different places.
23.    I was born in Prince George BC, but I have never lived there.
24.    My first pet was a cat, named ‘Pud’ a large orange tabby.  A few years later I named our family cat ‘Pudding’
25.    I named our family dog after my dad’s childhood dog – Trixie.
And let me tell you how much I pondered who to tag. Oy I think too much.
