Early morning alarm.  My cell phone’s alarm goes off and gets me up.  I felt ready for this morning. It felt ‘comfortable’ and ‘normal’ to go. I knew no one there – though I know there are neighbors who go to the chapel.  There were about 30 people present, and I appreciated the sermon, the music was nice and it was comfortable.  I’m very glad I went. There are, of course, many things I’m thinking about relating to the sermon and church but that’s not something I’m going to get into now. Suffice it to say, it was the right decision.  Now I’m going to relax for the rest of the day and do as little as possible.  Serious R&R is in order.
